What gives you most satisfaction in your work?

Creating a solution from the first sparks of the idea to the operating plant.

Why did you choose RWE TI?

In 2008 when I decided for RWE as an employer everything in the energy market already pointed towards the German energy transition. Driven by the strong believe that this change will be driven by the top dogs in the market RWE was an obvious choice.

"You get your best solution!"
What it means to me:

The methodology and standard behavior in the energy market is changing rapidly. Renewables and decentralized feeding implies new possibilities and risks. It is my task to give my customers a solution that suits their demands and can compete in their market for a long term benefit.
