As a Change professional you apply your extensive experience in advising large corporations over the course of their transformation journeys. As a Senior Change Coach you apply your systemic expertise to design and carry out Change measures that are tailored to the client’s situation. As a Change Principal you design Change journeys for RWE’s most complex transformations and continuously improve the RWE Change Framework.
