Commercial Graduate Programm (Location Swindon)
As a graduate, you are one of our potential future managers.
You will work on national and international projects, take responsibility and familiarise yourself with the various core areas of the field you work in.
You should see your graduate programme as an opportunity to get to know us, find out what you enjoy and discover the areas that really allow your expertise to flourish.
It is important to us that the graduate programme challenges you but is still plenty of fun. We want to work with you to find out what’s important to you and what suits you.
For this reason, we offer:
Our training opportunities are just some of the major advantages that make us stand out from the competition. Training and career development are a key components of working at RWE.
All graduates receive their own career development plan, as well as a mentor who has already been on the programme for some time. The programme also includes training, online modules, regular networking events and mentoring. Additionally, each programme also offers you individual opportunities for development. Why not take a look at the individual programmes now?
Depending on the area of focus and the company within RWE, graduate programmes are advertised at different times. Please take a look at the RWE job board first.
The application process depends on the trainee programme in question.
There is a fixed start date for the following programmes:
For other graduate programmes, the application period will be featured in the advertisement. Please find out more from our job board.
The deadline for applications also varies depending on the programme. There is a fixed deadline for the following programmes:
For other graduate programmes, you will find the cut-off date for applications in the job advertisement. We recommend submitting your application as early as possible. As a result of the high popularity of our programmes, it may be the case that we have to stop accepting applications before the end of the period advertised.
A principal place of work will be arranged for contractual purposes. We have three main locations for the graduate programme: Swindon (UK), London (UK) and Essen (D).
The locations vary depending on the programme. You will find the locations in the job advertisement.
We always hire graduates with the aim of offering them positions of responsibility after completion. For this reason, almost all of our graduates stay on and continue their careers with us after finishing the programme.
Your first rotations will be established on the basis of your experience and skills. After that, we can discuss the essential and possible rotations that will best serve your familiarisation with the company.
We offer all our graduates an accompanying development programme to aid personal development, which also gives them the opportunity to engage in dialogue with co-graduates within the Group. You will also receive mentoring and a one-to-one development plan in order to take your own requirements into account.
We offer pay that is in line with the market. It includes a generous bonus package and extra remuneration if you have to work in a different location than the principal place of work.
Do you know what you want and do you have your first ideal position in your sights? Then a direct entry position with us offers you the opportunity to do what you’ve always wanted, right from day one – in a fixed department, with your own topics and projects and, of course, with the responsibilities that go along with that. The fact that you will have the support of your management and your team goes without saying at RWE. To make your first few days and arrival at RWE a bit easier, we offer various training and personnel development measures for recent graduates.
