With our graduate programme, you are taking off on your career as a university graduate. As a generalist with technical orientation and entrepreneurial thinking and acting, you are being offered an exciting entry into the project business of an internationally operating engineering and consulting company. Get to know the various divisions of our company and related departments within the RWE Group and take on responsibility at an early stage. In this way, you will develop both professionally and personally and gain in-depth insights into different areas of the Company's operations in order to take on a challenging task for our internal and external customers after the programme.

Development & further training

Our further-training opportunities are just one of the many trumps that set us apart from other companies. Training and development measures are a central component at RWE. All trainees are given a personal development plan and a mentor who has been participating in the programme for some time.

The programme also includes various training courses, online modules, regular network events and a mentor programme.

In addition, each programme offers you even more individual possibilities for further development. So, why not take a look at the various options?
